National Titling Programme: The programme incorporates physical planning, preliminary survey, determination of rights and interest in land, survey of individual plots, publication of maps and issuance of title deeds. In order to clear the backlog of uncollected title deeds the Ministry embarked on a rigorous programme of issuance of title deeds. A total of 8.6 million title deeds have been processed since independence.
HOW TO CONFIRM IF YOUR NAMES APPEAR IN THE MINISTRY'S TITLING REGISTER
The ministry of Lands and Physical Planning is finalizing the process of issuing title deeds to Embakasi Ranching Company shareholders.All Plot/Land owners whose property ownership document have already been submitted and verified should visit the ministry website - www.lands.go.ke - to confirm if their names appear in the ministry's titling register.
